Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. On our website you will be able to book online and find great deals on vacation packages with no hidden fees. We book vacations from different departure cities. We also book cruises from different cruise ports. Our travel professionals work strictly off of commission and do not recieve a base salary. Our vacation packages and cruise rates can be quoted by phone or by email. All rates will include round trip airport transfers if needed and airport departure taxes unless specified by client. We include these important features to better accomodate our clients. We do not like for our clients to have to pay extra fees when arriving at the airport. We understand that passengers have a particular budget amount in mind and we strive for you to have a hassle free vacation.

We will match or beat any other travel website or agency's price quote. If you have already been quoted a rate for your cruise or vacation package. Please email us the details of your cruise or vacation package and the rate you were quoted to rates@takeabreakhouston.com. One of our travel professionals will respond to you immediately with a new rate. Please keep in mind that all rates are sunject to change without notice.

MySpace Do you have a MySpace account? If you do have a MySpace account you should add us as one of your friends and recieve additional discounts on vacations and cruises. Groups Groups are our specialty for destiantion weddings, family reunions, student travel, churches, and private organizations. Our group department srtives to work closely with one responsible group leader. We offer special rates for groups and for the group leader for more information email us at groups@takeabreakhouston.com.

Our Location & Mailing Address We have moved both of our locations online to better serve our clients. If you need to contact us please call (713) 451-5033 and one of our travel agents will call you as soon as we finish with the client we have on the line. The old address of the both locations were 11221 Market Street Jacinto City, TX 77029 and 855 Uvalde 2nd Floor Houston, TX 77015. We are no longer at these locations. If you need to make a payment please mail it in two days before your final payment date to 11221 Market Street Jacinto City, TX 77029 even though we are not at that location we still recieve our mail. Our new mailing address will be updated once our corporate office is open for business in Dubai.

Form of Payment & Instructions We accept all credit card payments with the Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express logo. However a credit card authorization form must be filled out before accepting your payment over the phone. We will not be able to make payment on your booking untill this is recieved. If you book online we will not need for you to fill out the credit card authorization form. This helps our agency prevent credit card fraud. Money Orders are accepted but must be mailed in two days before your payment date along with your booking number. Cash payments will have to be made at the nearest Bank of America bank center please email or call us for instructions.

Travel Documents All travel documents for airline tickets and vacation packages are electronic and will be sent to you by email or fax. We will update you if there is a schedule change on your flight but we will not be held responsible for flight cancellations. Please check your email on 24 hours before departing. If you are in the process of traveling and are having problems please contact the during travel department listed on your documentation. Cruise documentation will be mailed directly to the client for these travel documents need to be printed. In some rare cases the cruise lines will mail your cruise documents to the our travel agency. If this happens you will be notified and the documents will be mailed out to you immediately.

Penalties & Fees The agency charges a $100.00 per person fee for cancellations,reservation date change and names changes. A $25.00 fee to process a payment extention. A $25.00 late payment fee will be added to your reservation if payment is not made on time. A $25.00 fee if you were issued a bank deposit card and you lost or failed to return it to the agency. These fees are only the travel agency fees and do not include fees that the airlines, hotel and cruise lines charge. In most cases insurance can be purchased on your vaction to help avoid some penalties and fees. These fees are incurred from the moment you contact us and request a cancellation or name change. As of 06/17/08 we no longer accept for clients who promise to mail in a payment for changes they want made to thier reservation. Penalties and fees will now have to be paid with a credit card before any changes are made to your reservation.
